Vehicles are recorded using several methods. We have a rapidly growing team of approved drivers using automated dash cams and traditional dash cams, however, we also accept videos and photos from drivers / passengers that are recorded on cell phones or any other camera type.

  • Bad driving can be very subjective. Bad driving examples include: distracted driving / texting and driving, running red lights, failure to brake at a stop sign, excessive speeding, littering, agressive road rage behavior, illegal handicap parking, reckless driving, etc.

    We do not permit the removal of accident videos at this time.

    Bad-Driving videos that do not involve an accident or property damage are eligible for removal. A small processing fee is required for the removal of videos or photos

    YES! Let's make our roads a safer place together! We want your videos and photos. You can also make money when you upload videos of accidents that you personally recorded.

    We allow you to set the price per download for accident videos. At this time, we allow drivers to set a maximum fee of $100.00 per download for accident videos. Many witnesses favor our 'good samaritan' option and offer the video at $0.00 cost.

    As an example, if you uploaded a video and set a price of $100.00 per download, and it was downloaded by the victim + bad driver + defense attorney + both insurance companies, a single video could generate $500.00++ (not including revenue split with carcamarchive.com)
